Ensure Property Management offers a 24 hour emergency hotline and online repair request service.
We only use licensed and insured contractors and vendors that provide quality work to our properties.
If the repair cost will be below $300 we will execute the repair, if it exceeds the $300 repair limit, we will contact you to discuss.
All repairs are tracked, invoiced and reported on your monthly statements.
We comply with all municipality and subsidized property inspections.
We can customize this area of our management to suit your needs, including using Ensure Property Management’s in-house maintenance staff, using our outside vendors or if you would like to do repairs yourself that is completely fine, we are here if you need us.
